Didn’t receive a verification code on GCrypto
When you place a GCrypto order, you get a One-Time Password (OTP) by email to confirm it. If you don’t get the code, try these steps:
Check your network
- Make sure you have a stable internet or mobile signal.
- Wait a few minutes, then request the code again.
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Open your email and go to the Spam/Junk folder.
- Look for emails from donotreply@pdax.ph.
- If you see the OTP email, mark it as “Not Spam”.
Add GCrypto as a safe sender
Add donotreply@pdax.ph to your safe sender list so OTP emails go to your inbox.
For Gmail:
- Open Gmail and click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In From, enter donotreply@pdax.ph.
Click Create filter, check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again.
Confirm the email address
- Make sure you are checking the email linked to your GCrypto account.
- If you changed your email in GCash, it may not sync to GCrypto right away.
- Your old email might still be used for GCrypto.

Note:
For your security, your GCrypto account will be locked for 24 hours if you enter the wrong OTP six times in a row.
