Can’t send or receive crypto on GCrypto
If you see an error while sending or receiving crypto in GCrypto, it may be because of:

- Some crypto needs a destination tag or memo.
- If this is missing, the transaction may fail or be delayed.

- If you enter the OTP from your email wrong 5 times, your GCrypto account will be blocked from sending.
