If you can't open a GCrypto account, it may be because of these reasons:

• Eligibility requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a Fully Verified GCash user
  • Your GCash profile must be updated
• One GCrypto account only
  • You can only have one GCrypto account
  • If you're sharing an email with someone who already has GCrypto, update your email in the GCash app, then try again
