How to get help or submit a ticket in GCash
Need help with a GCash issue? Try these:
1) Search the Help Center
On the GCash app or browser, go to the Help Center. Type the GCash feature + 2-5 key words for your concern (ex: “GSave update” or “Bank Transfer failed”).
2) Check your Ticket Status
If you already filed a support ticket, check here to learn how to follow up or see its status.
