How to troubleshoot GCash app issues
For GCash app errors like something went wrong, follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix the problems.
Update your GCash app
Update your app to the latest version. You can also enable auto-updates:
Android/Huawei:
- Go to Settings in your app store
- Select Auto-update apps and choose your preferred option:
- Over any network to update apps using either WiFi or mobile data.
- Over WiFi only to update apps when connected to WiFi.
iOS:
- Go to your device Settings > App Store.
- Turn on App Updates under Automatic Downloads.
Change your Network Connection
Here’s how:
- Force close the GCash app.
- Turn on Airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
- Switch to WiFi or mobile data for internet.
- Reopen the app.
Switch Your Mobile Number
