How do I create additional branches under my business in GCash for Business?
The Branches module in the GCash for Business (G4B) Portal lets you manage multiple physical business locations, each with its own unique details. Adding branches helps streamline account management, reporting, notifications, and deliveries for organizations with more than one location.
What you need before you start
- A verified GCash for Business account with admin-level access to the G4B Portal.
- Information for each branch, including:
- Official branch name (e.g., "Makati Branch")
- Unique branch identifier (no spaces or special characters, e.g., "MK001")
- Complete branch address
- Branch representative’s full name and valid mobile number
- Up to 250 branches can be registered to a single business account.
- Access to a supported web browser:
- Chrome (version 116 and above)
- Mozilla Firefox (version 116 and above)
- Safari (version 16 and above)
- Edge (Chromium-based, version 116 and above)
How to create a new branch

- From the left navigation menu, select Branches.
- Click the New Branch icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Enter the required branch information:
- Branch Name: Official branch name (e.g., "Main Office")
- Branch Identifier: A short, unique code (e.g., "MK001"). Do not use spaces or special characters.
- Address: Complete address of the branch location.
- Branch Representative: Full name and valid mobile number for SMS notifications and communications.

- Click Submit to complete and register the new branch.
- Wait for the confirmation message that your branch was successfully created.
What happens next
- The new branch will appear in your Branch List under the Branches tab.
- You can add, view, or manage up to 250 branches.
- Branch representatives will receive notifications when required.
- If you do not see the new branch or receive an error, double-check if all required fields are correct and unique, especially the branch identifier and representative’s contact details. Make sure your browser meets minimum requirements.
