How to transfer funds from my GCash for Business wallet?
You can send funds from your GCash for Business wallet to another GCash for Business merchant or to a bank or e-wallet through PESONet.
Merchant transfers are instant. PESONet transfers are processed in batches.
Before you start
- For Premium Wallet, you need the Merchant Super Admin role.
- Make sure you have enough available balance and are within your wallet limit.
- You can transfer funds only to another GCash for Business merchant.
- PESONet transfers are free.
How to transfer funds
Tap the option that applies to you:
Send funds to another merchant
- Log in. On your Wallet Dashboard, tap Transfer Funds or Send To.
- Select Merchant as the recipient type.
- Enter the recipient's details and the amount. Make sure the amount is within your available balance and tier limit.
- Select the transfer purpose.
- Review the details.
- Enter the OTP.
- Tap Submit. The transfer is processed in real time.
Send funds to a bank or e-wallet
- Log in. On your Wallet Dashboard, tap Transfer Funds or Send To.
- Select Bank as the recipient type.
- Enter the bank or e-wallet details and the amount.
- Review the details. Make sure the recipient details are correct.
- Enter the OTP.
- Tap Submit.
After you submit
- Success means your wallet was debited.
- You will receive an email confirming the debit.
- The transfer will appear in Transactions.

When will my transfer arrive?
Merchant transfers are instant. PESONet sends funds in batches. The recipient may need to wait for the next batch.

Check that the transfer status is Success. Wait for the current PESONet cycle. If the funds still do not arrive, see what you can do here.
