If you can’t open a GCrypto account, it may be because of the reasons below:

• Eligibility requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be a Fully Verified GCash user.
  • Your GCash profile must be updated.
• One GCrypto account only
  • You can only have one GCrypto account.
  • If you share an email with someone who already has GCrypto, update your email in the GCash app, then try again.
