Can’t submit or Unable to verify

Kung may errors at hindi mo ma-submit o matapos ang GCash verification mo, check mo muna ang mga possible na dahilan dito:

1. Na-reach mo na ang maximum selfie attempts. Maghintay ng 24 hours bago mag-retry.
2. GCash needs to access your camera.
   1. Pumunta sa phone settings mo
   2. Hanapin ang GCash app
   3. I-enable ang camera access.
3. Hindi supported ang device mo. Pwede mong subukan sa ibang phone o tablet.
4. Hindi ma-detect nang maayos ang face mo. Sundin ang mga tips para sa selfie scan.
