Account deactivation email dahil sa GCash T&Cs
Kung nakatanggap ka ng email mula sa GCash, i-check muna kung ano ang reason sa email:
- Hindi verified ang account mo: Learn more here.
- In accordance with the Suspension or Deactivation of GCash Account or Card section ng Terms and Conditions namin: Sundin ang steps sa baba.
What to do
- Buksan ang email na may subject: “[NOTICE] Account Deactivation.”
- Mag-reply within 24 hours para mag-request ng “Quit Claim” form.
- I-complete, pirmahan, at ipa-notarize ang Quit Claim form.
- Mag-reply ulit sa email at i-attach ang completed form within 72 hours.
- Hintayin ang confirmation mula sa GCash.
- I-withdraw ang natitirang balance sa GCash account mo
- Fully Verified accounts: Withdraw funds within 24 hours
- Basic accounts: Gamitin ang funds within 72 hours gamit ang Pay Bills, Buy Load, o Scan to Pay.
Pagkatapos ng period na ito, magiging permanently closed na ang GCash account mo.
