Submit documents for US Virtual Account
In some cases, more documents may be needed to verify your account. You’ll get a message in your GCash app inbox that says “One more step to create your US Virtual Account.”
Here’s what to do:
- Prepare the documents, such as: a recent payslip, employment contract, client invoice, payment contract, pension or benefit letter, letter of explanation, or proof of relationship.
