How to view my GCash for Business wallet balance?
Your balance is at the top of the Wallet Dashboard after you log in.
Balance types
- Available balance: Funds you can transfer now.
- Pending balance: Funds not ready yet. You cannot use them. After the transaction clears, they move to your available balance.
How to check your balance?
- Log in to the GCash for Business Portal, then open your Wallet Dashboard.
- Check the available and pending balances at the top.
- Check the timestamp. It shows the last update.
If you cannot see your balance
- Refresh the page.
- Log out and log in again.
- Use a supported browser and a stable internet connection.
- Make sure your account is fully verified and active.
