GSave deposit or withdrawal not reflected or failed
When you deposit or withdraw from any GSave partner bank, it will reflect in real-time.
In some cases where you withdrew or deposited from GSave by CIMB, UNO Bank, Maybank, BPI, or Cebuana, and the funds didn’t show up right away, GCash will work with partner banks to process your funds.
This may take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
The funds will be adjusted as follows:

Note:
eC-Savings accounts inactive for 3 months will be automatically closed. If you made a deposit, your funds will be returned to your GCash wallet. For reactivation, email Cebuana at cebuanacares@pjlhuillier.com.
