How to request transaction history
Before you proceed
- If you have concerns about a transaction, refer here.
- If you want to transfer your funds to a new account, read here.
To view recent transactions
You can view transactions from the past 90 days in the GCash app.
- Tap Transactions.
- Scroll down, then tap Load More.
- Your transaction history will load 15 transactions at a time.
To download older transactions
Note:
You can only request your own transaction history in the app. You can’t request another account’s history or delete transactions from your history.
- Tap Transactions.
- Scroll down, then tap Request transaction history.
- Check if your email address is correct. To update it, follow the steps here.
- Select a date range of up to 4 years.
- Tap Submit Request.
- Open the email with the subject “Your GCash Transaction History.”
- Download and open the attached PDF.
- Enter your last name in lowercase, followed by the last 4 digits of your mobile number. For example: delacruz1234.
- If your last name contains the special character “ñ,” replace it with “n.”
Need more help?
If you didn’t receive the email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Make sure your inbox is not full.
- If you want to receive the file at a different email address, update your email address in the GCash app first.
If you received the email but can’t open the PDF
- Download a PDF viewer app on your phone.
- Make sure you entered the correct password.
- Use your last name in lowercase followed by the last 4 digits of your mobile number.
- For example: delacruz1234.
If you see an app error or “Something went wrong”
- Close the GCash app.
- Log in again.
- Go to Transactions to check if the transaction appears
