How to increase GCash wallet and transaction limits

Increase your limit to PHP 100,000
Get fully verified to increase your limits. Learn how to verify your account.
Increase your limit to PHP 500,000
Here are the requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your account must use a Philippine-issued mobile number.
- Your account must be fully verified.
- Use the app regularly for daily purchases, bills payment, and money transfers.
Note: Wallet limit upgrades are subject to regular risk evaluation. Make sure you consistently follow GCash’s Terms and Conditions to stay eligible.
I don’t see my wallet limit automatically upgraded. What other transactions can I do?
You can complete any of the transactions below:
- Link your BPI, UnionBank, Payoneer, or PayPal account, then cash in at least PHP 100.
- Create a GSave account with CIMB, UnoBank, Maybank, or Cebuana Lhuillier Bank. Deposit at least PHP 100 and keep it in your account for at least 5 business days.
- Create a GFunds account and invest at least PHP 100 in a BPI or ATRAM fund. Keep the investment for at least 5 business days.
Please wait 5 business days before checking if your limit has been upgraded.
If your limit is still not updated
Follow these steps:
- Open the GCash app and log in.
- Tap Help in the upper right corner, then tap Get Help.
- Under Help Articles, tap How can I increase my GCash wallet limit and transaction limits?
- Tap Chat with Gigi and follow the steps.
