How to request transaction history
You can view your transactions from the past 90 days in the GCash app.
To view recent transactions:
- Tap Transactions.
- Scroll down and tap Load More.
- Your transaction history will load 15 transactions at a time.
To view older transactions for up to 4 years:
- Tap Transactions.
- Scroll down and tap Request transaction history.
- Check if your email address is correct and update it if needed.
- Choose your date range, up to 4 years.
- Tap Submit Request.
- You’ll receive an email with the subject Your GCash Transaction History.
- To open the file, enter your last name and the last 4 digits of your mobile number. For example: delacruz1234.
Helpful tip
- If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder or submit your request again.
- Make sure your inbox is not full so you can receive new emails. If you want to receive the file at a different email address, update your email address in the app first.

Note:
You can only request your own transaction history in the app. You can’t request another account’s history or delete transactions from your history.
