Unable to top up or withdraw in GCrypto

You may have problems with your GCrypto top-up or withdrawal transaction if:

• You have insufficient funds in your GCash account.  
• You have exceeded your outgoing GCash limits. 
• You are not receiving your One-Time-Pin (OTP).
• The system may be under downtime. Please try accessing your GCrypto again after a few hours
• Your account is locked, thus, your top-up or withdrawal is disabled

If you didn't receive your GCrypto transaction, it will be automatically credited to/from your GCash wallet within 2 business days.
