Lost or stolen GCash Card
If your GCash Card is lost or stolen:
- Lock your card in the GCash app to block transactions.
- Report the lost or stolen card so your funds stay protected. A customer service representative will contact you within 1–2 business days.
- Review your recent transactions for any unauthorized activity.
