How to deactivate GCash Card

Deactivating your GCash Card permanently unlinks it from your account and can’t be undone. You won’t be able to use the card. If you only want to block transactions temporarily, learn how to lock your card instead.

To permanently deactivate:

1. Go to your GCash Card page and select the card you want to deactivate.
2. Tap Deactivate (upper right).

3. Review the notice, then tap “Yes, Deactivate It”.

4. Enter your 6-digit Card PIN to confirm.

You’ll return to the GCash Card page, and the deactivated card will no longer be listed.
