How to lock my GCash Card
Locking your card helps protect it if it’s lost or you notice suspicious activity.
To lock your GCash Card:
- Go to your GCash Card page.
- Select your card account.
- Tap Lock Card.
Your card will appear grayed out in the app, and you’ll receive an SMS confirming it’s temporarily suspended.
To unlock your GCash Card:
- Go to your GCash Card page.
- Select your card account.
- Tap Unlock Card.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile number, then tap Submit.
You’ll receive an SMS once your GCash Card is reactivated.
