GCash Card adjustment after a purchase

If you see an “ADJUSTMENT” in your GCash Card transaction or receive an SMS about it, it means the amount was NOT deducted from your wallet at the time of purchase, even though the transaction went through. This can happen when the card network is delayed in sending the charge.

The adjustment is a normal correction so your GCash wallet reflects the correct final amount for your GCash Card purchase.
