Can't cash in from bank to GCash
If there’s an error when transferring funds from your bank or other account to GCash:
- Check your GCash Wallet and Transaction Limits
- Troubleshoot your app
Follow these steps based on your cash-in channel:
BPI
BPI has a default daily limit of PHP 10,000. To adjust your limits:
- On your BPI App, tap More
- Tap General Settings
- Select Customize Transaction Limits
- Tap Load e-wallet, prepaid phone, and utilities using other apps
- Finalize limits > Customize limits
After adjusting your limits, please try to cash in again.

PayPal
- Check if PayPal is linked to GCash
- Log into PayPal. Look for limits or needed actions. PayPal may limit accounts due to unauthorized use, high-risk activity, or inactivity.
- Relink your account if needed

Payoneer
- Email CustomerServiceManager@Payoneer.com to unlink your account
- Relink and try again

US Bank
- Check if your US Bank name and birthdate match your GCash details
- Check your limits: $500 for your first transaction and $1,000 monthly
