Your bank account unlinks from your GCash account at specific periods for extra protection. It may also unlink because your details don’t match or inactivity.

To fix, just re-link your account to GCash:

1. Open GCash and tap Cash In.
2. Tap Local Banks.
3. Pick your bank under Recommended Banks.
4. Follow the steps to re-link.
