GCredit application error
If you see an error when you apply for GCredit, check these:
- Not eligible: Make sure you meet the requirements. Learn more here.
- OTP or tech issue: If the OTP fails, update your mobile number or email.
- System maintenance / “Something went wrong”: Try these troubleshooting steps.
- GCredit deactivated: This can be due to unpaid dues, ID or account issues, more than one account, or failure to agree to CIMB’s terms. For more details, click here.
