GCredit payment error

If you can’t pay your GCredit, follow these steps first:

1. Check your wallet balance: Make sure you have enough funds to cover your dues.
2. Check your internet connection: Make sure it is stable.
3. Review your transaction history: Check if your payment went through to avoid paying twice.

If you still can’t pay via the GCash app, pay through our offline payment partners.
