GCredit penalty after paying on time
If you paid your GCredit before the due date, you should not be charged a penalty or extra fee.
If you were charged, and your payment was successful and on time, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Tap Transactions.
- Select the GCredit payment transaction/penalty.
- Tap Get Help > “I paid on time but I was charged a fee”
