Report someone trying to register their device to my account

If you get a text that someone is trying to register a phone to your account, check the SMS message.

Option A: You got an OTP

Ignore it and never share it. Change your MPIN to keep your GCash account safe.

Option B: You got an SMS about phone registration or Account Secure 

If you get any of these and it’s not you:

• "For your safety, we will verify your phone registration request to make sure it’s you"
• "Congratulations, Account Secure ka na!"
