Change my MPIN
Your MPIN is your password to open your GCash account. Your MPIN is different from your GCash Card PIN.
To update your GCash MPIN:
- Open your GCash app and log in.
- Tap Profile > Settings.
- Tap Change MPIN.
- Enter your current MPIN.
- Set and confirm your new MPIN, then tap Submit.
Tip:
Change your MPIN every 3 months to keep your account safe. Avoid using easy-to-guess MPINs like 1234 or 1111.
If you forgot your MPIN, here's how to reset it:
- Open the GCash app.
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot MPIN?”
