Report unauthorized transactions in my GCash account
If there are items in your transaction history you didn't make, follow these steps:
- Check other platforms where you linked GCash: You may have subscriptions on platforms (i.e., App Store, Google Play Store, Netflix, Spotify) where GCash is a linked payment method.
- Change your MPIN: Secure your account by resetting your MPIN.

Report the transaction within 15 days of the transaction date by chatting with Gigi.
- Make sure your GCash app is updated to the latest version.
- Log in to your GCash app > tap Get Help.
- Tap "I noticed unauthorized transactions in my GCash account."
- Tap Chat with Gigi.
What happens next
Our investigation may take between 48 hours to 7 days, depending on your case. Wait for updates on your ticket via email or in the GCash app. In the GCash app, tap “Help” then “My Support Tickets”.
