How to set up account security questions

Set up security questions in GCash to add extra protection to your account. Choose five questions and enter your answers. Remember your answers—you can’t change them once set.

To set up:

1. On your GCash homepage, tap Profile > Settings.
2. Tap Account Authentication > Set Now > Next.
3. Select 5 questions and type your answers.
4. Tap Confirm.

You’ll see a page confirming your security questions are active.
