How to register and unregister your phone to use GCash
You can only use your GCash account on one device at a time. To use GCash on a new phone, you must unregister your old device first.

How to unregister your old phone
If you still have access to your old phone, follow these steps to unregister it:
- Open your GCash app.
- Go to Profile > Settings.
- Tap Account Secure > Unregister Phone.
- Review the details and tap Yes, Unregister.
- Complete the selfie scan or enter the OTP.
You’ll see a confirmation page and get an SMS once your phone is unregistered.
How to register your new phone
- Log in to GCash on your new phone.
- Tap I want to register this phone.
- Complete the selfie scan or OTP.
You’ll see a confirmation page and get an SMS once your new phone is registered.
