Delete o isara ang account ko
Kung nag-request kang i-delete ang GCash account mo:
- Mawawala ang access mo sa lahat ng GCash services, kasama ang cards, insurance, savings, at investments.
- Hindi ka na pwede mag-login.
- Madi-delete ang data mo after 5 years, as required by the law (R.A. 9160).
Requirements to close your account
- I-withdraw ang investments mo from GFunds, GCrypto, GBonds, or GStocks papunta sa GCash wallet mo.
- Bayaran lahat ng outstanding balances/loans sa GLoan, GGives, GCredit, at Borrow Load.
- I-withdraw lahat ng funds mula sa wallet mo.
Steps to request for account deletion
- I-prepare ang valid ID and mag-selfie kasama ito.
- Sa GCash app, tap Profile, your name, then Delete Account. I-attach ang ID at selfie mo.
- Kung hindi mo ma-access ang app, click here para mag-contact sa support.
