Multiple charges for one GLoan payment
Kung may double payments ka sa GLoan, i-check kung alin dito ang applicable sayo:
- Auto-deducted after I paid manually
- I accidentally paid twice or more than the amount due

Note:
Kapag na-miss mo ang GLoan due date mo, pwedeng iauto-deduct ng GCash ang payment mula sa wallet mo. Hindi ito pwede i-turn off at part ito ng GLoan Terms na in-accept mo. Ginagawa ito para makatulong sayo na makaiwas sa extra fees.
Kung nag-auto-deduct after ka magbayad manually, posible na hindi na-process on time ang una mong payment. Kapag nangyari ito, don’t worry—i-re-reverse ang excess auto-payment within 1 business day.
I-check ang GCash wallet mo. Kung after 1 business day wala ka pa ring na-receive na auto-reversal, pwede kang mag-contact ng support sa GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Select the GLoan auto-payment
- Tap Get Help > “I was charged more than once”
Iche-check ng team namin ang request mo at i-uupdate ka. Kailangan ma-confirm muna na excess payment ang transaction bago ma-approve.

Kung dalawang manual payments ang nagawa mo, ma-aapply ang extra amount sa next installment mo. Hindi pwede i-refund ang extra amount.
