GLoan monthly payment not reflecting
Kung nabayaran mo na ang GLoan mo pero hindi pa rin siya lumalabas sa account mo:
- Open GCash app
- Go to Borrow > GLoan
- Tap your loan account
- I-check sa payment page kung pumasok na ang payment.
Mag-a-appear lang ang payment mo kapag na-process na ito. Depende sa kung paano ka nagbayad ang oras bago mag-reflect:
- Pay Bills: 3 business days
- GLoan dashboard: Instant confirmation
- Payment partners: 1 business day

Piliin ang payment method na ginamit mo:
Kung successful ang payment pero hindi pa rin nag-reflect after 3 business days (hindi kasama ang weekends at holidays), pwede kang mag-contact ng support sa GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Piliin ang GLoan payment na hindi nag-reflect
- Tap Get Help > “My payment hasn’t been posted”
- Enter Fuse Financing Inc. as the biller
- Tap Submit
Magre-reach out ang support team namin within 1-2 business days.
Kung successful ang payment pero hindi nag-reflect, pwede kang mag-contact ng support sa GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Piliin ang GLoan payment na hindi nag-reflect
- Tap Get Help > This payment didn’t reflect in my GLoan account.
- Tap Submit
Magre-reach out ang support team namin within 1-2 business days.
Kung successful ang payment pero hindi nag-reflect after 1 business day (hindi kasama ang weekends at holidays), i-click ang payment partner na ginamit mo para magpa-assist.
