GLoan penalty after paying on time
If you paid your GLoan before the due date, you should not be charged a penalty or extra fee.
If you see a charge, check your transaction history to confirm if your payment went through. You may have paid on your due date, but it may have been processed after a few days.
Processing time depends on your payment mode:
- Pay Bills: 3 business days
- GLoan dashboard: Real-time
- Payment partners: 1 business day
If you paid on time but were still charged, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Select your GLoan payment
- Tap Get Help > “I paid on time but I was charged a fee”
