GLoan payment error
If you can't pay your GLoan, follow these steps first:
- Check your wallet balance: Make sure you have enough funds to cover your dues.
- Review your transaction history: Check if your payment went through to avoid paying twice.
If you can't pay through the GLoan dashboard in the GCash app, try these options:
- Pay through our offline payment partners
- Use the Pay Bills feature in your GCash app

How to get your GLoan Account ID and monthly dues/schedule
- Open the email with subject "Welcome to GLoan: Disbursement Notice"
- Download and open the Payment Schedule file
- Enter the password from the email
- Your Loan Account ID will be shown in the file
