You cannot change your mobile number because it also serves as your account number. However, you may create a new account with a new number & request transfer of funds & GCash Lending Services to your new account.
If your sim got lost/ stolen/ defective/ expired, we strongly recommend you to contact and request your network service provider to give you a new sim with the same number. To learn more, visit What should I do if I lost my SIM/phone?
Also, before requesting for transfer of funds, we would like to remind you that we have some features that we cannot transfer to your new account. Please check the list below:
- Information from your previous account
- Transaction History
- GScore
- GForest
- Piggy Bank
Once you have decided to transfer your funds from your old account to your new account. Follow the steps below.
1. Create a new GCash account with a new number.
2. Fully Verify your new GCash account. If you need help verifying, visit How do I get Fully Verified?

3. Once verified, Submit a new ticket to transfer of funds from your old to your new account
