Note:
GCash accounts are non-transferable. If you’ll transfer your mobile number to a new owner, please close your existing account first.
If your account is Fully Verified, you can request to:

Change your name if:
- You changed your surname due to civil status (e.g., single to married)
- There is a minor spelling/error in your name
- Your name suffix (e.g., Jr., III) needs updating
- You legally changed your name
- Update your date of birth if it does not match your actual birth date.
Requirements
Prepare a photo of ONE of the documents below based on your reason:
