What is Digital QR?
Digital QR is a free feature in the GCash for Business Portal. It lets merchants generate a QR code for each physical store branch.
You can use it while waiting for your QR stand or terminal. Once the physical device arrives, the Digital QR can still be used as backup.
How to download your Digital QR
- Log in to the GCash for Business Portal.
- Go to Digital QR.
- Choose a branch.
- Click Generate Digital QR.
- Download the PDF or print it right away.
Printing tips
- Use dark printer ink
- Print on letter-size paper
- Do not resize or stretch the QR code
- Use matte paper to reduce glare
- Place the QR where customers can easily scan it

This is required for security, customer trust, and PPMI compliance.
No. Only one active Digital QR is allowed per branch.
If a branch has multiple counters, they must share one QR code or wait for the physical terminals.

You cannot create a new QR code for the same branch, but you can still view the QR code that was already generated.
The system only shows the existing QR code to make sure payments still go to the correct wallet.
You can re-download the generated QR anytime.
Please note that re-downloading is different from generating a new QR code.

You can check the timestamp, reference number, and amount in the transaction history to identify each payment.
