How to send money from FB Messenger using GCash
You can send money to another GCash account via Messenger. It will switch from your chat to the GCash app. GCash will open with the recipient's details already filled in.
Note: This works only when Facebook Profiles chat with Facebook Pages. Make sure to use the latest versions of Messenger and GCash.
How to send money from Messenger:

In Messenger, open your chat where the business shared their GCash number

Tap Transfer with GCash.
- This will open your GCash app

Log in to your GCash account. The recipient’s details will be pre-filled
- Enter amount, then tap Next
- Review details and tap Send
- You'll go back to Messenger
- Payment receipt will be shown in your chat

If the widget is not appearing, nothing happens after clicking, app is crashing, or other errors, try these:
- Update both Messenger and GCash apps
- Check internet (try WiFi or mobile data)
- Close and reopen Messenger
- Clear Messenger cache (Phone Settings > Messenger > Clear Cache)
- Log out and log back into Messenger
- Restart your phone
If there were no issues in Messenger but you had a problem in the GCash app:
- Update both apps
- Close and reopen GCash
- Clear GCash cache (Phone Settings > GCash > Clear Cache)

- If your transaction shows, ask the seller to check their Transaction History.
- If not showing, it means payment failed. Try to send again.
