Can I send money to a Non-Verified/Basic GCash user?

If you are Fully Verified, you can send money to basic accounts. You will see a note that says the user is Non-Verified when sending money.

However, Non-Verified or Basic users can't send money. They can only receive money.

For the best experience, get Fully Verified.
