GCrypto transaction not reflected

If you're having issues with your GCrypto transaction, follow these steps:

Check the details. Make sure the wallet address, network, and destination tag are correct. Finished GCrypto transactions cannot be reversed or refunded.
If you’re sending USDC.e from World App. World App uses World Chain. GCrypto supports USDC only on Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20), Base, and Solana. This mismatch can cause your transaction to fail. See the tips below for future transfers.
Check your email. Some transactions need a security review. We’ll email you and process your request within 60-120 minutes.
Wait for network delays. If you still don’t receive your crypto, the blockchain may be busy. Please wait another 60-120 minutes.
