GCash Card got stuck in the ATM

If your GCash Card gets stuck in an ATM:

• Contact the ATM’s bank right away to arrange card retrieval.
• Lock your GCash Card in the app to prevent unauthorized use.
• Once you get it back, unlock it in the GCash app to use it again.
