Account was deactivated

If your GCash Account has been inactive and not fully verified for the past 12 months, you will see a pop-up banner saying "Account Deactivation Notice" upon logging in to the GCash app.

If you received this reminder, you must get your account fully verified within 5 days of receiving the first push notification.

If you are unable to verify your account within the 5-day deadline, this will result in permanent deactivation and loss of access to your account. Once it is permanently deactivated, your account cannot be recovered. If you wish to continue using GCash, you will need to register again and fully verify a new GCash account.
