Account deactivation email due to GCash T&Cs
If you received an email from GCash, check the reason in the email:
- Your account is not verified: Learn more here.
- In accordance with the Suspension or Deactivation of GCash Account or Card section of our Terms and Conditions: Follow the steps below.
What to do
- Open the email with the subject: “[NOTICE] Account Deactivation.”
- Reply within 24 hours to request a “Quit Claim” form.
- Fill out, sign, and notarize the Quit Claim form.
- Reply to the email and attach the completed form within 72 hours.
- Wait for GCash to confirm your request.

Withdraw your remaining balance:
- Fully Verified accounts: Withdraw funds within 24 hours
- Basic accounts: Use funds within 72 through Pay Bills, Buy Load, or Scan to Pay
Your account will be permanently closed after this period.
