If your GCash Account has not been Fully Verified and you have not made any transactions in the past 12 months, you will receive several notifications reminding you to get Fully Verified.
If you received this reminder, you must get fully verified before the indicated deadline.
If you are unable to verify your account, this will result in permanent deactivation and loss of access to your account. You will also be receiving an email notification regarding the deactivation of your account.
Once your account is permanently deactivated, you cannot recover it. If you want to continue using GCash, you will need to register again.
