Account was deactivated
If your GCash Account has not been Fully Verified and you have not made any transactions in the past 12 months, you will need to verify your account before the indicated deadline. You will receive several notifications as a reminder, please see an example below:
If you do not verify your account before the deadline, your GCash account will be permanently deactivated and you will lose access to it.
Once your account is permanently deactivated, you will receive an email notification. Deactivated accounts cannot be recovered anymore. If you want to continue using GCash, you need to register for a GCash account again.
For Deactivated Accounts with Funds:
To claim your funds, create a new GCash account with a new number and have it fully verified. Once verified, click here to file a request.
Note: If you received an email that your account is deactivated, and if you see a message saying your account is "on hold" when you log in, please refer to the steps above on how to claim your funds.
