If you can’t transfer money to an international bank, try these steps:

1. Make sure you are fully verified.

3. Ensure your GCash balance covers the amount and transfer fees. If a transaction fails, the total amount plus transfer fees will be refunded to your GCash account.
4. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) when asked.
