Wrong details on my international transfer
If you sent money to the wrong international bank account:
Sent to an inactive/invalid account: If you entered a wrong format (e.g., 8 digits instead of 11 digits), you will get a refund the same day.
Sent to an active account: Refund decisions depend on the receiving bank. We will try our best to get your funds back, but it’s not guaranteed. Click here to contact support. GCash will work with the bank to recover your funds.
Tip:
Always check the amount, mobile or account number, and name before confirming your transfer.
