How to make offline transactions if I can’t log in

If you can’t open GCash, you can still make these transactions:

Cash Out your Funds

• Visit any over-the-counter (OTC) partner. Show your number, amount, and valid ID.
• Withdraw from an ATM if you have a GCash card.

Pay dues for GLoan, GCredit, or GGives

• Loan payments are auto-deducted if you have enough funds. You’ll receive an SMS after each auto-deduction.
• You can also pay at partner banks or centers.

  • Check your email to see your Loan ID and how much to pay (monthly schedule).

GSave Accounts

Here are your options for GSave:

• BPI MySaveUp: Deposit and withdraw at OTC or bank ATM.
• GSave by CIMB: Deposit and withdraw at OTC or bank ATM.
• Maybank EzySave+: Deposit and withdraw at OTC, bank ATM, or via Cliqq and 7-Eleven.
• #UNOReady by UNO: Withdraw via bank ATM.

*For ATM withdrawals, you need a physical bank card. Contact your bank to request one.
