Update my account information

To update your address, work, or other account information:

1. Open your GCash app
2. Go to Profile and tap on your name.
3. Tap Update Account Information > Update Your Profile.
4. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your number and tap Next.
5. Complete the verification and update your details.

Your profile will be updated within 3 days. You’ll get an SMS confirmation once it’s done.
