Can’t withdraw using my GCash Card

If you can’t withdraw using your GCash Card, check:

1. Your card is linked to your GCash account.
2. You have enough balance for the withdrawal + ATM fees.
3. Your card hasn’t expired (see MM/YY at the back).
4. You’re entering the correct 6-digit Card PIN (not your MPIN).
5. Any ATM error message; if needed, try a different bank’s ATM.
