GCash Card not accepted by a merchant for payment

If a merchant won’t accept your GCash Card, check:

• Card status – It’s activated.
• Wallet balance – You have enough funds.
• Merchant POS – Their terminal supports your card.

Note: GCash Mastercard may not work with some online merchants; we recommend ordering a GCash Card instead.
